Eggs are first come, first serve. Call ahead to reserve your pickup order.

Unwashed, unrefrigerated. If you purchase eggs and keep them unwashed, on the counter, they will last about 2-4 weeks. If you keep them unwashed and refrigerate them, they can last up to 12 weeks. If you wash and then refrigerate the eggs, they can last about 5 weeks.
***FUN FACTS***
Fresh laid eggs are covered in bloom, which is a natural, protective coating secreted by a hen's uterus during the final stages of egg formation, acting as a seal to prevent bacteria from entering the egg through its pores. This is why eggs do not have to be refrigerated, if they remain unwashed.
